ABS&CORE

This is an intense 30-minute class focusing on strengthening the postural muscles, both the abdomen and the back. We start with a short tabata training – an intense interval workout, using the weight of your own body, which allows you to increase the reduction of body fat. Then we focus on modelling the abdominal and back muscles with the load.
