It is a form of Hatha yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control. We spend long time in one position and often make use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, as aids in performing the right postures. Strength, mobility and stability are gained through the asanas. Aneta combines yoga elements with patients’ therapy.
