What are your qualifications to work as a trainer?
I am a graduate of the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw, where I earned a Master’s degree. Even before my studies, I started working as a personal trainer, and during that time I also obtained additional qualifications as a bodybuilding instructor, strength and conditioning coach, and FMS examiner. I complement my practical knowledge with academic activity – I am an author and reviewer of publications on training and nutrition in reputable scientific journals. I constantly strive to grow outside the gym as well – I follow current scientific research and trends in training, nutrition, and sports psychology. I combine theory with practice, allowing me to offer effective, yet safe and individually tailored solutions.
Your experience and professional successes?
Your experience and professional successes?
For nearly 10 years, I’ve been supporting my clients in achieving their goals – from regaining physical fitness and improving quality of life, to building strength and physique, as well as preparing for competitions. However, my greatest success is always inspiring a new person with a passion for physical activity and strength training. At the same time, I’m thriving as an athlete myself – I compete in powerlifting and natural bodybuilding, coaching myself. This experience allows me to better understand both the mindset of ambitious individuals aiming for high-level goals and those who simply want to feel better in their own bodies.
What kind of training do you specialize in?
What kind of training do you specialize in?
My foundation is strength training – understood more broadly than just lifting weights. It’s a tool that helps improve not only physique, strength, and fitness, but also health, well-being, and mental resilience. Whether your goal is to slim down, get stronger, increase endurance, or simply function better day to day – together, we’ll find a path that is effective, safe, and tailored to you. I draw from knowledge of human physiology and methods proven both in scientific research and real-world coaching.
Your passions, hobbies?
Your passions, hobbies?
My main passion is the gym and strength sports. You’ll find me with a barbell in my hands almost every day 😉 Outside of training, I enjoy relaxing with a wide variety of music genres, especially outdoors. I’m always eager to expand my understanding of the world and learn new things – whether it’s training-related, in the realms of hard science or more abstract topics..
Life motto
“Life is a wild river – take the chances it throws your way.”
Why me?
Because for me, you are always the priority. I’ll do everything I can to make training not only effective for you but also something you’ll enjoy and return to with a smile! Even if you curse me now and then for all the sweat and sore muscles.
