What are your qualifications to work as a trainer?
In 2013, I graduated from an Australian college with a specialization in health coaching. Since then I have participated in dozens of trainings on a wide range of health and training topics. I am a graduate of Psychology at SWPS University and a postgraduate degree in psychosomatics at SWPS. In recent years I have been refining the practice of massage and manual work in the osteopathic approach.
Your experience and professional successes?
Combining movement practice, massage and psychology allows me to give you more comprehensive care. A 13-year practice has given me the value of learning through experience. Observing transient training trends has allowed me to solidify my own methodology and choose tools that realistically support the health of my clients. Many years of collaboration and accompaniment in preventive health confirm the value of my practice. I believe that optimal care of the nervous system includes regeneration. I have developed a proprietary massage based on osteopathic techniques, elements of Thai massage and visceral work.
What kind of training do you specialize in?
I specialize in medical training. It is an individualized form of functional training that, based on movement tests, takes care of your body and proposes a set of exercises tailored exactly to your needs. The training focuses on the underlying movement patterns and builds strength. However, it introduces much more – the ability to adapt the body to changing conditions through play and attention to its needs.
Your passions, hobbies?
I spend most of my time exploring the body-mind connection. I am passionate about psychosomatics. I practiced Aikido for many years. I come from a musical family and currently play the piano. I have given part of my heart to South America.
Life motto
I believe that any action should flow from love and attentiveness to yourself. These values have the power to bring you closer to a sense of happiness and fulfillment.
Why me?
I laugh with detachment that my perfectionism mainly benefits my clients. I consider the greatest value of my practice to be reflective and guided by my own path. I learn, make mistakes and learn from them. I am guided by attentiveness to the needs of the body and the value of comprehensive preventive health care. I don’t stop training. I have a strong curiosity to know and hear the other person. I believe that one meeting can dramatically change your experience of movement. You are invited!
