What are your qualifications to work as a trainer?

I graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw and completed a Personal Trainer course. I am also constantly improving my skills as a fitness trainer in various clubs. I have gained my knowledge about shaping the body at the gym and nutrition to maintain health throughout life through studies, courses, books, and my own experience with working on my body and how it works for me.

Your experience and professional successes?

I have been gaining experience as a trainer since I was 18, first teaching swimming to adults and teenagers at a swimming pool, and then at gyms such as Well Fitness and Smartass, developing my skills in various areas of the fitness industry. I am also a former competitor specializing in the 50m freestyle at a very good level (always ranking in the top 3 in Poland). I know how much work such an effort takes and how much passion you need to maintain it.

What kind of training do you specialize in?

When it comes to the gym, I specialize in strength training using resistance bands, free weights, and machines, as well as full-body fitness training, especially for women, known as hot sculpt training, which combines body sculpting, strength training, and mobility. The aspect of mobility is very important for our longevity as we start to age and for our well-being. Your passions, hobbies?

I am a passionate trainer and enthusiast excited about shaping bodies in my fitness classes. My workouts are designed to make you feel a surge of satisfaction and energy, all thanks to the fiery music that brings my soul to life and gives me a lot of creativity. In addition, I am interested in nutrition and the psyche in relation to eating disorders and how they affect our bodies.
