What are your qualifications to work as a trainer?

In 2017, I completed a personal trainer course at the Academy of Sports Excellence, and I have been continuously updating my knowledge in the field of personal training since then. I have completed courses in strength training, basic bodybuilding, and mobility training.

Your experience and professional successes?

I have been working as a trainer for over 5 years, but I started my own gym workouts at the age of 12. Over the years, I have tried various training systems and methods. As a trainer, I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals dealing with various health issues. My greatest success is helping my clients achieve their desired fitness goals or recover their health.

What kind of training do you specialize in?

I specialize in physique training, but I often work with individuals who want to improve their health or increase their strength, endurance, or overall fitness. I assist both beginners and those with prior gym experience. Most often, I conduct comprehensive training sessions, as I aim to teach my clients a wide range of exercises and how to holistically care for their development.

Your passions, hobbies?

I love spending my free time with art. Visiting museums or going to the theater gives me great pleasure. Whenever I have a free moment, I try to create something. I reach for a pencil and transfer my ideas onto paper. The works of Beksiński and Wojciech Siudmak inspire me.
